TERMS OF USE FOR SINGSTAT EXPRESS |

The conditions below are applicable if you wish to subscribe to any
statistical releases from the SingStat Express service. The service
is owned and operated by the Singapore Department of Statistics.
The Government of the Republic of Singapore, the Singapore
Department of Statistics, or any of their servants or agents shall
not be liable for any loss suffered by any person, body or
organisation as a result of any error or omission in the data,
information or materials provided via SingStat
Express, whether or not such loss was suffered as a result of
reliance on such data, information or materials.
The data, information or materials from the SingStat
Express are provided solely for your own non-commercial use only.
You may make:
(a) one machine readable copy and
(b) one print copy of the data, information or material received via
SingStat Express for your private research, reference or study.
The data, information or material from the SingStat Express shall
not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, retransmitted or
transferred in any form to any other person, firm, company or
institution, including any local or overseas branch or subsidiary of
the firm, company or institution.
The data, information or material from the SingStat Express shall
not be used to develop or derive for commercial sale or otherwise,
any product or services in any machine-readable form or use to
resell in any form without Singapore Department of Statistics’ prior
permission.
The data, information or material received from the SingStat Express
shall not be stored in any electronic network, such as your
company's intranet, for public access or use, without Singapore
Department of Statistics’ prior permission.
Any request to otherwise reproduce data, information or material
from the SingStat Express for publication or commercial use should
