Singapore System of National Accounts, 1995
Abstract
This report explains the concepts of current and constant price GDP estimates; discusses the approach adopted in the rebasing of the Singapore System of National Accounts and documents the improvements and reconciliation made in this rebasing exercise.  A feature article, Structural Changes in the Economy, which discusses the development and evolution of Singapore's economic structure over the last three decades, using the rebased national accounts estimates is included in this report.   Statistical tables of the rebased data, dating back to 1960 (for the annual series) and 1985 (for the quarterly series) are provided in the statistical appendix.
