Overview
The Housing and Development Board (HDB) compiles the Price Index of HDB Resale Flats, while the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) compiles the Private Residential Property Price Index and Commercial Property Price and Rental Indices. The Industrial Property Price Index is compiled by the JTC Corporation.

Price indices of private residential properties and retail space rose 0.6% and 1.7% respectively while the price index of office space fell 0.7% in 4Q 2025 over the previous quarter.
HDB resale price index was unchanged and resale transactions fell 27.2% in 4Q 2025 over the previous quarter. As at end 4Q 2025, the number of HDB flats rented out fell 5.6% over the previous quarter.
Rental and price indices of industrial space rose 0.5% and 1.4% respectively in 4Q 2025 over the previous quarter. Overall occupancy rate for the industrial property market declined 0.4 percentage points to 88.7% in 4Q 2025 compared to 3Q 2025.
