Overview
Singapore Food Agency (SFA) oversees the holistic management of food industry from “farm to fork”. This includes non-retail food establishments such as food processing/manufacturing establishments, cold stores, slaughterhouses; as well as food retail establishments such as food shops, food stalls, National Environment Agency (NEA) hawker stalls and supermarkets.
