Vaccination Against Diphtheria (DPT/DT)
Refers to immunisation coverage for children at 2 years of age who had received at least three doses of diphtheria-containing vaccine.
Vaccination Against Hepatitis B
Refers to immunisation coverage for children at 2 years of age who had received at least three doses of hepatitis B-containing vaccine.
Vaccination Against Measles
Refers to immunisation coverage for children at 2 years of age who had received at least one dose of measles-containing vaccine.
Vaccination Against Poliomyelitis
Refers to immunisation coverage for children at 2 years of age who had received at least three doses of polio-containing vaccine.
Vaccination Against Tuberculosis (BCG)
Refers to immunisation coverage for children at 2 years of age who had received the birth dose of BCG vaccine.
Diphtheria, Tetanus And Pertussis Vaccination
In the National Childhood Immunisation Schedule, five doses of diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis vaccine are recommended.
One dose of Tdap (tetanus toxoid, reduced diphtheria toxoid and acellular pertussis) vaccine is recommended for school-age children, at 10-11 years of age (primary five).
For preschool-age children, four doses of DTaP (diphtheria toxoid, tetanus toxoid and acellular pertussis) vaccine are recommended at 2, 4, 6 and 18 months of age.
Measles, Mumps And Rubella Vaccination
Data refer to measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine.
In the National Childhood Immunisation Schedule, two doses of measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine are recommended with dose 1 at 12 month and dose 2 at 15 months. MMR vaccine is given to both males and females.
MMR vaccine is given to Primary and Secondary students as a catch-up for those who did not receive the recommended dose(s) in their preschool years.
Poliomyelitis Vaccination
In the National Childhood Immunisation Schedule, five doses of polio vaccine are recommended.
The number of polio vaccine recommended for school-aged children have changed over the years.
One dose of polio vaccine is recommended for school-age children, at 10-11 years of age (primary five). Data refer to oral polio vaccine (OPV) prior to March 2021, and inactivated polio vaccine (IPV) since March 2021.
For preschool-age children, four doses of IPV are recommended at 2, 4, 6 and 18 months of age.
Notification Rate of HIV/AIDS In Singapore Residents
Refers to the number of newly reported or notified cases of HIV or AIDS to Singapore National HIV Registry from clinicians and laboratories in Singapore, per 100,000 Singapore resident population over the period of a year.
