Definitions
The legally recognised documentation is the title document issued for the land, and the title document could be Certificate of Title, Subsidiary Certificate of Title and Subsidiary Strata Certificate of Title.

Secure tenure rights to land is to be recorded in a form that is recognised by the government. The registration of changes to ownership and encumbrances is mandatory and title is guaranteed by the government.
