(a) Have Conducted At Least One Population And Housing Census In The Last 10 Years:
Singapore conducts the Census of Population once every 10 years, during the years ending with '0'. The latest was conducted in 2020.
(b) Have Achieved 100 Per Cent Birth Registration And 80 Per Cent Death Registration:
Singapore is estimated to have achieved nearly 100% local birth registration and at least 80% local death registration.
