With the completion of the HES 2022/23 field data collection phase, the existing toll-free HES Hotline (1800-888-2223) and email address (singstat_hes@singstat.gov.sg) will be discontinued with effect from 15 January 2024.

Households that wish to contact DOS on matters pertaining to the HES 2022/23 may call our Department’s Hotline 1800-323-8118* or (65) 6332 7738 (for overseas callers) from 8:30 am to 5.30 pm, Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays), or email to info@singstat.gov.sg.

* Calls from mobile telephone lines to 1800 local toll free number may be subject to mobile airtime charges as imposed by the relevant mobile service provider.
