The Singapore Classification of Environmental Purposes (S-CEP) 2025 is designed for use in the collection and compilation of data that require classifying environmental activities and products, such as the Environmental Goods and Services Sector (EGSS) Accounts and other environmental-economic accounts. The S-CEP 2025 is adapted from the Classification of Environmental Purposes (CEP) framework endorsed by the United Nations Statistical Commission and aligns with the System of Environmental-Economic Accounting Central Framework (SEEA CF).

The S-CEP 2025 is Singapore's first statistical classification framework for environmental activities and products. More details on the classification, including the principles, structure and applications are available in the publication "Singapore Classification of Environmental Purposes 2025".
